
Sean McCaffrey is a media executive recognized for transforming traditional media businesses into modern, performance-driven platforms that connect brands with consumers in moments that matter. As CEO of GSTV, he repositioned the company from a legacy network into a scaled, data-enabled video platform—helping define how digital out-of-home (DOOH), CTV, and retail media converge in the real world.
Under his leadership, GSTV became a strategic growth channel for leading global advertisers including PepsiCo, McDonalds, General Motors, and The Hershey Company amongst others. He also advanced new models of content and audience engagement through partnerships with Live Nation, Big Machine Label Group, TikTok, and major professional sports leagues—bridging culture, commerce, and media in physical environments.
Prior to GSTV, Sean held senior executive roles at Clear Channel Outdoor, where he contributed to the digitization and modernization of global out-of-home media assets in both US and global roles. Sean serves on the boards of DPAA, OAAA, IAB, and Ad Council, and is a frequent speaker and published voice on the future of media and convergence of DOOH and modern digital media.
