Revised: Sept 3, 2025
It is vital to OAAA that the OOH Media Conference is a safe place for all attendees. OOH Media Conferences are private events and people who mistreat or disrespect other people may be removed and not allowed to return for the duration of the event. In addition, OAAA reserves the right to permanently ban attendees and guests who do not comply with the Code of Conduct, including for future events hosted by OAAA.
By registering to be in attendance at the 2026 OOH Media Conference, you hereby agree to the following:
ACCESS
2026 OOH Media Conference credentials are required for attendance to all official OOH Media Conference events. Badges must be worn around the neck and visible at all times. Credentials are non-transferable. In most instances, OAAA does not clear rooms between events. All activities have limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshal, so while event credentials are required to access all activities, they do not guarantee access to any activity if it has reached its capacity.
Purchases of specific event ticket types are subject to OAAA approval pending confirmation of your place of work, job title, OAAA member status, and/or other information. All ticket types are not applicable to all attendees and you may be required to purchase a different ticket type if deemed necessary by OAAA.
HARASSMENT
All event attendees (including staff) must refrain from bullying, harassment, or disorderly conduct while at the event. Bullying is verbal or physical conduct that seeks to harm, intimidate, or coerce another person. Harassment is persistent and unwelcome conduct because of any of the bases protected by law (race, sex, age, disability, etc.). Disorderly conduct may include, but is not limited to, any behavior that is illegal, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory or causes discomfort to attendees or guests.
LISTEN TO STAFF
All OOH Media Conference attendees and badge purchasers must adhere to the instructions of all OAAA employees and agents, all security employees and agents, Venue staff, and any and all law enforcement personnel.
PROHIBITIONS
Drugs, illegal substances, weapons, and items that can be mistaken as weapons are expressly prohibited. Unlawful sale or attempted sale of OAAA OOH Media Conference credentials will result in the revocation of those credentials without refund.
IMAGE RELEASE
OAAA OOH Media Conference may be recorded or reproduced by OAAA, its designees, and/or attending participants. By registering to be in attendance at OOH Media Conference, you hereby authorize OAAA, its designees, and/or attending participants to record, transcribe, modify, reproduce, perform, display, transmit and distribute in any and all media, in any form, and for any purpose any such recordings of OOH Media Conference, and acknowledge and agree you will not be entitled to any revenue and/or proceeds derived from such use and/or distribution. By registering for OOH Media Conference, you hereby release OAAA, its designees, its employees, its agents, and/or its attending participants from any and all claims or causes of action you or your agents may possess, now or in the future, in connection with such activities.
LIABILITY
You assume any and all risks occurring before, during, or after OOH Media Conference. You release OOH Media Conference, OAAA, and the OOH Media Conference event venues and their agents, licensees, assignees, employees, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any and all claims or causes of action arising from or related to OOH Media Conference events.
