Airport
The Hilton Anatole is approximately 16 miles and a 20-25 minute drive from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, and 4.5 miles and 10-15 minute drive from Dallas Love Field Airport.
Rail
The DART Rail System also regularly has trains traveling between the airport and hotel. Check the DART website for trip planning information and schedules.
Parking: Valet & Self Parking Available.
Taxis as well as ride sharing apps, such as Uber and Lyft, also operate in Dallas, including from the airport.

A full refund will be granted if a written request for cancellation is received by email to events@oaaa.org by Friday, March 27, 2026. You may also transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization, pending event management approval.
No refunds will be granted on or after Saturday, March 28, 2026, or for no-shows.
Member Tickets
Available to employees of companies with an active OAAA or Geopath membership. If your membership has lapsed and you’d like to renew to access Member pricing, please contact events@oaaa.org for assistance.
Advertiser / Agency / Media Buyer
Reserved exclusively for individuals employed by advertisers, agencies, or media-buying organizations. If your company does not fall within this category—regardless of OAAA or Geopath membership status—you are not eligible for this ticket type. Periodic audits will be conducted to confirm correct ticket classification.
OBIE Awards Only Tickets
Available to anyone interested in attending the OBIE Awards ceremony and after-party.
Member, Non-Member, and Advertiser / Agency / Media Buyer tickets grant full access to the event, with the exception of Staff or Speaker-only spaces like private offices, Speaker check-in lounges, and backstage. These tickets will grant you access to all programming, attendee lounges, booths, parties, and other networking events.
OBIE Awards Only tickets have limited access ONLY to the OBIE Awards ceremony and After-Party. You will not have access to The Independents Summit, General Session, Exhibitor Booths, other parties and networking events. Badge pick-up for this ticket type will begin Tuesday afternoon (time TBC).
Your badge must be worn at all times during the conference in order to gain access to each event, including Welcome Reception and After-Party.
During the registration process, guests will be provided the option to share limited information with sponsors and vendors. After registering, you may change your answer to this consent question at any time by reaching out to events@oaaa.org.
