Over the past 12 years, she has built a dynamic career in offline media investment and strategy, starting at Zenith Media where she worked with high-profile clients including Toyota, Verizon, Lexus, and Sonic. In 2020, Michelle joined newly created, independent agency Known where she established and expanded the agency's offline media department, bringing a fresh perspective not only to traditional and digital out-of-home (OOH) advertising, but to the entire ecosystem of the traditional media space. Passionate about the evolving landscape of OOH, Michelle is excited about the future of this medium as it continues to blend data-driven insights, creative innovation, and impactful engagement to drive brand success in an increasingly connected world.
