He has more than 25 years of experience in public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged financings, private placements and restructurings. Mark advises companies across the media and technology sectors, including digital media and media services. He is recognized for his expertise in Out of Home media, advertising and marketing services-based businesses, mobile, in-store media, retail tech, event tech, Pro AV and enterprise software/tech. He is the author of two books: Times Square Everywhere, and Digital Sign Language.
