Dave Westburg has been involved with the out of home industry for 29 years. He is co-publisher of the Billboard Insider (OOH industry newsletter and website), a partner in Billboard Loans (company makes loans and investments in OOH companies) and a partner in Circle City Outdoor (an independent OOH company with 40 display faces in Minnesota). Dave has been a frequent speaker and panel moderator at OAAA conferences. He has an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago, an MA in Public Policy from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Pacific Lutheran University.
